Reflection for Presentation Showcase

Watching all the teams present their well-thought ideas was a learning journey for me. It allows me to see firsthand a few product idea that have not been introduced in the Telematics market. The group that stood out the most was Medmatics. Their product was a different kind that I had no idea about. I have never heard of their smart stethoscope, let alone seen one. Although they had only three group members out of the original four presenting, they did not show that gap left by the other group member. It shows how much they understand their product and the effort they put in to research about it. Ahmad, one of the group member has a very strong understanding of the product they were selling and I thought it was commendable as he exudes the confidence and steadiness that were not shown by the other presenters. All in all, I felt this showcase was a journey for me to gain more experience and have more insights as to what the Telematics industry offers. This also allows the students to

Product Description Summary & Evaluation Draft 3

Radio-Frequency Identification Tracking According to the website "RFID INSIDER: TRACKING THE RFID INDUSTRY", Radio-Frequency Identification (RFID) uses electronic tags to store and broadcast data. It also gives a unique identification to any tagged objects. The RFID system includes a RFID tag and reader. The RFID system can be differentiated into two types, active and passive. The active RFID tag must be powered with a battery but is able to transmit signals continuously and accurately to track users' real-time location and data. The passive RFID tag does not require battery and can transmit signals but needs to be powered by electromagnetic energy transmitted from an RFID reader. RFID technology allows us to access a database of information about the driver and passenger of our vehicles. An RFID reader gathers data from multiple RFID tags at an instance, allowing the collection of data by the masses to be possible. As the tags are electronically identified, they can
